Carrick Garvey reflected on his new life. Why hadn’t he done this years ago? It had taken him twenty years to get here. But now he knew the Journey like the back of his hand — thanks to T.J. — and he had Anastasia to make sure he got the Vision right.

So what was his Vision for the next year? What was his Big Vision? He had mulled over Anastasia’s words: . . . a picture puzzle with just five pieces. His Big Vision was to get five dreams.

He had started by finding a path headed in the right direction, then let the Flow carry him along, hilltop to hilltop. When the path had turned, he had found a new path headed in the right direction.

A simple process: create the Big Vision, then find the path, follow the path and stay on the path until you get to the Life you want. And do not spend time on paths that do not get you closer to the Big Vision!

That was it, the Carrick K. Garvey secret to happiness. No fuss, no muss. Simple and sublime. And all he had to do was keep his eye on the road and keep cruising. Garvey leaned back in his chair, happy as he contemplated the Journey ahead.
